Account

Xparty.net stores your account information for the purpose of enabling ticket sales and X event organization.

Your email is used to receive your ticket and other updates regarding X. If you lose your password, we can email you a password reset-link automatically.

Sharing your real name is optional, it may simplify troubleshooting payment issues, however unlikely.

Handle

Your handle (username), group name and country of residence are considered public information and will be published on the visitors page when you reserve or buy a ticket.
It will also be shared on our bed reservation pages. Easy to share a room with friends.

Badgeman may print your handle/group on a personal badge.

After the party we will publish a visitors list on TDD and you can add yourself as attendant on CSDb.dk (you can press update on your own profile and edit and add new event on the scener information page).

Payment

Xparty.net does not store your payment details, we only keep track of your order and payment status.

Our payment service provider Mollie B.V. takes care of processing transactions for us.
